Important: OG Media 360 operates on a Limited / No Refund Policy model. This policy is in place because our services, including campaigns, media placements, and content distribution, are irreversible once executed. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. Policy Overview
OG Media 360, operated by JAINENDRAMANI MEDIA NETWORK PRIVATE LIMITED, provides media distribution and campaign services that are inherently irreversible. Once content is published, campaigns are launched, or media placements are executed, these actions cannot be undone. Therefore, we maintain a Limited / No Refund Policy.
2. No Refund Scenarios
The following services are NON-REFUNDABLE once initiated or completed:
Executed Campaigns: Any campaign that has been launched, published, or distributed across our media network or partner channels
Media Placements: Content that has been published, posted, or distributed on any platform, website, or media property
Content Creation: Creative work, including but not limited to articles, videos, graphics, podcasts, or other content that has been produced and delivered
Distribution Services: Services involving the distribution of content across our owned IPs or partner network
Consultation Services: Strategy sessions, consultations, or advisory services that have been conducted
Partially Completed Services: Services that have been partially executed, with refunds calculated only for the unexecuted portion (see Limited Refund section below)
3. Limited Refund Scenarios
In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion:
Service Not Commenced: If you cancel a service before any work has begun, and the cancellation is made within 48 hours of payment, a partial refund may be considered (subject to administrative fees)
Service Cancellation by OG Media 360: If we are unable to deliver services due to circumstances beyond your control, a pro-rata refund may be provided
Material Breach: If we materially fail to deliver services as specified in the service agreement, a partial refund may be considered after review
Note: All refund requests are subject to review and approval. Administrative fees, processing fees, and costs already incurred may be deducted from any approved refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
Before Service Commencement: Cancellations made before any work begins may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees (typically 20-30% of the total fee)
After Service Commencement: Once work has begun, no refunds will be provided. You may choose to pause or modify the service scope, but fees for completed work are non-refundable
Mid-Campaign Cancellation: If you cancel a campaign after it has been launched, no refund will be provided for executed portions. You remain responsible for all fees incurred
4.2 OG Media 360-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service in cases of:
Violation of our Terms and Conditions
Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
Non-payment or payment disputes
Breach of contract by the client
In such cases, refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis, considering work completed and costs incurred.
5. Payment and Billing
All fees are due as specified in your service agreement
Payments are processed upon service agreement execution
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
Refund processing, if approved, may take 15-30 business days
6. Service Modifications
Instead of cancellation, we encourage service modifications:
You may request modifications to service scope, timeline, or deliverables
Modifications may result in adjusted fees, which will be communicated in advance
Modifications do not entitle you to refunds for work already completed
7. Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about service delivery or wish to dispute charges:
Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
We will review your concerns and work to resolve them amicably
Documentation and evidence may be required for dispute resolution
Refund decisions are final and at our sole discretion
8. Acknowledgment
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that:
You have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy
You understand that services are irreversible once executed
You accept the Limited / No Refund Policy model
You will not seek chargebacks or payment reversals except in cases of fraud
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
