REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of Our Services

OG Media 360 delivers bespoke media and campaign services — strategy, creative production, and distribution — that are planned and resourced specifically for each client. Because work begins as soon as an engagement is confirmed, the terms below apply alongside the signed proposal or contract for your engagement, which prevails in case of any conflict.

2. Booking & Advance Payments

Campaign engagements typically require an advance to reserve capacity and commence work. This advance covers planning, creative development, and partner coordination that take place before content goes live.

3. Cancellations

• Before work begins — if you cancel before any strategy, creative, or distribution work has started, amounts paid are refundable less any non-recoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.
• After work begins — once work or distribution has commenced, fees for completed and committed work are non-refundable, as resources and partner placements will already be allocated.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered where we are unable to deliver the agreed scope for reasons attributable to us. Refunds are not provided for outcomes outside our control — including organic reach, engagement, or platform performance — as these depend on factors beyond our delivery.

5. How to Request a Refund

To raise a cancellation or refund request, email hi@ogmedia360.com with your engagement details and the reason for the request. We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days and to resolve approved refunds within a reasonable period, processed to the original payment method.
