Once the project is initiated or work has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted and the service will be considered billable in full.

Any upfront payment made to block time, resources, or deliverables will be non-refundable upon cancellation post-confirmation.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, we follow a strict no-refund policy in the following cases:

If the service or project has already been started or partially delivered.

If the client fails to provide required information or approvals, causing project delays.

If the client is unsatisfied with the results after the agreed scope has been completed.

For monthly/retainer-based services, refunds are not applicable once the billing cycle begins.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where:

A duplicate payment was made by the client in error.

The service was paid for but not initiated due to unforeseen issues on our side.

3. Non-Delivery of Services
If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the committed timeframe without valid communication or cause, clients are entitled to a full or partial refund, based on mutual discussion.
